Working the arithmetic
Use your own offer's numbers; the structure is what matters. Suppose you receive credit of C, with a turnover multiplier of ×N, and a withdrawal cap of K.
Required wagering = C × N. If the credit is RM30 and the multiplier is ×20, you must place RM600 of bets before anything unlocks. That is not RM600 of losses — the same money recycles as you win and lose — but it is a large number of individual spins, and each one is subject to the house edge.
Now apply game contribution. If slots contribute 100% but live table games contribute 10%, the same RM600 requirement becomes RM6,000 of table-game wagering. Contribution tables are where the requirement quietly multiplies:

Then apply the cap. Even if you complete the turnover with a healthy balance, you withdraw at most K. Multiply the whole thing out and the honest expected value of a typical no-deposit offer is a small positive number at best — often less than the time you spend meeting the requirement.
The maximum-bet clause, and how balances get voided
This is the term that turns a good session into nothing. Most bonus terms cap the stake per bet or per spin while bonus funds are active. Exceed it — once, by accident, on a single spin — and the terms typically allow the operator to void all bonus-derived winnings.
