What we cannot help with
Read this first, because it covers most of the messages we receive. We are an independent affiliate publisher, not a casino operator. We have no access whatsoever to player accounts, and we cannot:
- Check, unlock, verify or close your casino account
- Release, chase or refund a withdrawal
- Confirm whether a deposit arrived
- Apply, restore or override a bonus
- Reset a password or resolve a login failure
All of these must go to the operator's own support, through the channel shown inside your logged-in account. Please also be aware that anyone who contacts you claiming to be support and asks for a payment to release your funds is committing fraud — see the security guide.
